Rance 01 Blu-ray Complete OVA Collection
Based on the fantasy adventure universe created by AliceSoft, this animated adaptation follows the unpredictable swordsman Rance and his loyal magical companion Sill Plain on a new mission in the Kingdom of Leazas.
Rance is an exceptionally skilled adventurer known for accepting dangerous assignments, confronting powerful enemies and pursuing his own ambitions wherever his travels take him.
His companion Sill supports him with magical abilities and frequently attempts to keep the impulsive adventurer focused on the objective ahead.
The story begins when Rance accepts a mission connected to a mysterious disappearance in Leazas.
What initially appears to be a relatively simple investigation quickly develops into a larger fantasy adventure involving suspicious characters, hidden secrets, magical threats and dangerous encounters.
As Rance and Sill investigate different locations throughout the kingdom, they meet characters whose actions gradually reveal more about the mystery surrounding their mission.
The adventure combines sword fighting, magic, fantasy environments, comedy and mature storytelling while retaining the distinctive characters and atmosphere associated with the Rance franchise.
