Animoon Publishing may hold or exercise publishing, licensing or distribution rights for particular titles, territories, languages, formats or uses without acquiring ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Nothing in these Terms transfers Animoon Publishing's rights, any third-party rights, or any intellectual-property ownership to a customer merely because a product is purchased or the Site is used.

If the Site allows you to submit reviews, comments, images or other content, you remain responsible for what you submit and for having the necessary rights to submit it.

By submitting content for publication on the Site, you give us a non-exclusive permission to host, display, reproduce and technically adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, promote and maintain the Site and the relevant customer feature.

We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, technically harmful, unrelated to the feature, or that infringes another person's rights.

You may not use the Site to distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, harvest personal data, impersonate another person or organization, submit fraudulent orders, abuse payment systems, interfere with security controls, or use automated tools in a manner that materially disrupts the Site.

You also may not use Site functions to threaten, harass, defraud or unlawfully disclose another person's personal information.

Our store offers anime, manga and related products from the Animoon Publishing catalog. Product pages are intended to state the title, format, language options, region or compatibility information where relevant, edition details, price and current availability.

Orders are treated as final once submitted and/or paid, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. We do not voluntarily accept customer-requested cancellations merely because of a change of mind, accidental purchase, duplicate purchase, later preference for another product, or a request made after the order has entered processing or fulfillment.

We may decline or cancel an order when we cannot fulfill it because of lack of stock, product unavailability, supplier limitations, licensing or distribution restrictions, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, shipping impossibility or another material operational reason . If we cancel an order that has already been paid, the amount charged for the cancelled item or order will be returned through the original payment method.

Returns and replacements for defective or incorrect products are handled under Section 20 and any non-excludable rights provided by applicable law.

Prices and payment options shown at checkout are the prices and methods currently offered for that transaction. Depending on device, browser, country and payment-provider availability, accepted methods may include payment cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are payment methods, not part of our own payment infrastructure. Wallet and card transactions may be processed by the relevant payment provider, acquirer, card network or wallet service under its own technical systems, privacy practices and user terms.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact contact@animoonpublishing.com with the order number and a clear description of the issue. Our support team may request photographs or other information and, where appropriate, provide return instructions.

Do not return a product without receiving return instructions from our support team. Where physical evaluation is required, the product may need to be returned before the claim can be confirmed.

If our evaluation confirms a qualifying defect or fulfillment error, we may provide a replacement, refund or other remedy appropriate to the circumstances and required by applicable law. Where a replacement is provided, it will normally be the same product and will not create an additional product charge for the customer.

We do not voluntarily accept change-of-mind returns merely because a customer no longer wants the product, ordered by mistake or prefers another item, except where mandatory applicable law provides a non-excludable right to return or withdraw.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site where reasonably necessary because of serious misuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity or a material breach of these Terms.

If one provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent they can operate independently.

These Terms, together with the policies and transaction-specific terms expressly linked or incorporated into them, form the agreement governing use of the Site. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it for the future.
